• The cottages are rented from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am incl. Use of the swimming pool, linen, towels and bed linen is inclusif.
• At reservation we ask for a deposit of 50% of the rental amount, the remaining amount you can be transfered or paid on arrival.
  
• The reservation becomes final and confirmed upon receipt of your (up) payment.
  
• The accommodation costs are due for the entire reserved period, even if you arrive later or leave earlier.
  
• For the cottages, a deposit of € 300, – will be requested upon arrival and will be refunded to your account after departure and inspection of the cottage.
• The cottage must be left clean on departure. In the rental price is not included the 85 € cleaning fee. If you want to clean yourself, you do not have to pay this after thorough inspection of the house.

    Smoking is not allowed.
    Pets are not allowed.

The high season is from July to September.
